This innovative Modular Building system offers the ultimate flexibility enabling clients to progressively expand their home as required.

Particular attention has been placed on material selection, locally sourced materials have been utilised where possible, collaboration with key industry professionals and suppliers has resulted in material selection that exceeds the building code requirements.

Flexible floor plans ranging from the 2bdrm 98m² base module with a variety of expansion modules to suit individual client requirements will provide a well balanced and proportioned family home.

Specifically Engineered

Laing Homes engage a Consulting Structural Engineer to undertake a comprehensive engineering review for each new transportable home. The scope of this review typically involves the design of:
- roof lintels
- walls
- wall subfloor bracing
- subfloor framing

Our standard design specification for each of our new transportable homes comply with, very high wind zones, open ground snow loading of 2.6kpa and Earthquake Zone A. Where site specific requirements require a higher specification, our Structural Engineer will design your new transportable home to meet these site requirements.
